Ambassador programme terms
Last updated 17 September 2026
1. What the programme is
The Green's ambassador programme lets a member recommend the network's products and be paid on the orders that follow. It is operated by YLC Network FZC, a free zone company registered with the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority under licence no. 300641, hereafter “the Operator”.
Joining is free. No purchase is required to join the programme, either when joining or to remain a member.
The detailed rules — points, ranks, conditions and rates — are set out in the compensation plan, which forms part of these terms.
2. Who may join
Membership is open to any natural person of legal age and capacity, resident in a country the Operator ships to.
Joining is **by invitation**: you need the link or code of an existing ambassador. Nobody is enrolled in the programme merely for creating an account, clicking a link or placing an order — joining is a separate and explicit act.
One account per person. Creating several accounts, or enrolling somebody without their knowledge or under a false identity, ends the membership immediately and forfeits the related commissions.
3. What membership is not
An ambassador is **self-employed**. The programme creates no employment contract, no relationship of subordination, no agency, no franchise and no partnership with the Operator.
Ambassadors organise their own activity. There are no hours, no quota and no imposed target, and the Operator gives no instruction on how to recommend the products.
**No income is guaranteed.** The figures in the compensation plan are a scale, not a result: they describe what may be earned, never what will be. Most ambassadors in a programme of this kind earn little or nothing.
An ambassador may not present themselves as an employee, representative or agent of the Operator, nor bind the Operator in any way.
4. How pay is calculated
**Pay comes solely from paid orders.** Nothing is owed for a sign-up, for recruiting, or for the growth of a network on its own: only an order that has been paid for generates a commission.
Each product carries a number of points set in advance and independent of the buyer's country. Commissions are calculated on those points, on a basis excluding tax.
Three conditions, reassessed every month, open the right to commissions: having ordered during the month, having an active ambassador you sponsored in each of your two legs, and having at least two personal non-ambassador customers who ordered during the month. The last two govern team commissions only; direct bonuses do not depend on them.
**Total commissions are capped at 55 % of the week's commissionable volume**, one point being worth one euro in that pool. Commissionable volume is about 57 % of the tax-exclusive price, so the share of revenue actually redistributed is around 31 %. Where the team commissions due exceed what remains available, they are reduced in the same proportion for every recipient, and the balance carries over to the following week.
5. When pay is made
Direct bonuses are earned when the order that triggers them is paid. Team commissions are settled at the end of the week, once the amount of the cap is known.
⚠️ **No payout has been made to date.** The system calculates, records and displays the amounts due; the means of paying ambassadors is not yet in place. Amounts shown in the ambassador space are therefore **calculated and not paid**, which the screen states every time it shows them.
The Operator will inform ambassadors, before the first payout, of the method chosen, the minimum threshold and any documents required.
Amounts calculated before the payment method is in place remain owed under the rules in force when they were earned.
6. Tax and social obligations
Commissions are income from self-employed activity. **Declaring them and paying the related taxes and contributions is the ambassador's sole responsibility**, under the law of their country of residence.
It is for the ambassador to check whether their activity requires registration, a particular status or a filing with an authority, and to comply before receiving commissions.
The Operator is neither the ambassador's employer nor their principal, and withholds nothing on their behalf, save where the law requires it.
7. Your place in the network
Every ambassador holds a position in a two-branch tree. That position is set when joining, from the link followed and the sponsor's setting.
**Once assigned, a position can never be moved.** Neither the ambassador, nor their sponsor, nor the Operator can change it: commissions are calculated from it, and moving it would mean rewriting amounts already earned.
A position may not be assigned, sold or transferred, save with the Operator's prior written agreement and subject to applicable inheritance law.
Sponsorship — who brought whom — is distinct from placement. It cannot be changed either.
8. Rules of conduct
**No income claims.** An ambassador may not state, suggest or imply an earning, a rate of enrichment or a typical result, nor present their own earnings as representative.
**No health claims.** The product is a food supplement. An ambassador may not attribute any therapeutic, preventive or curative effect to it, nor repeat any nutritional or health claim not authorised by applicable regulation.
**No buying to advance.** Orders must correspond to personal consumption or genuine resale. Building stock for the sole purpose of reaching a rank, staying active or triggering a commission is prohibited and causes the related commissions to be clawed back.
**No abusive solicitation.** Mass unsolicited messaging, canvassing from purchased lists, and any practice contrary to applicable marketing regulation are prohibited.
**No unauthorised use of the brand.** An ambassador may not create a site, page, account, domain name or advertising material in the name of The Green or the Operator without written permission. They use the links and materials provided.
**No resale outside the framework.** Resale on online marketplaces, in shops or at cut prices is prohibited.
An ambassador may not approach the ambassadors or customers of another line within the programme in order to change their sponsor.
9. Withdrawal, refunds and clawbacks
The subscription is a digital service supplied immediately. The statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal applies to distance subscriptions; a subscriber who asks to have their codes straight away is asking for the service to start at once, and the month already begun ceases to be refundable once a code has been lit. Cancellation remains available at any time and takes effect at the end of the month paid for.
**A commission paid on a refunded order is clawed back.** The amount is deducted from the recipient's later commissions; where the balance is insufficient, the clawback continues over the following weeks.
The corresponding points are removed from the volume counters. Where volume has already been used in a cycle, the clawback applies to the bonuses directly attributable to the order — once consumed, volume cannot be traced back to a particular order.
10. Inactivity
An ambassador who has neither ordered nor recorded a sale for sixty consecutive days has their waiting volume cleared. A single order resets that counter.
Clearing applies to unused volume only. It causes no loss of position, of account, or of commissions already earned.
11. Ending membership
An ambassador may leave the programme at any time, without notice or reason. Their The Green account and game data are unaffected.
The Operator may end a membership for breach of these terms, after a formal notice that goes unanswered, and without delay for serious breach — false identity, multiple accounts, fraud, income claims, health claims.
Ending membership ends the right to future commissions. Commissions earned before termination remain owed, save in cases of fraud.
12. Changes to the plan
The Operator may change the compensation plan, the rates, the thresholds and these terms. Substantive changes are announced in the application before they take effect.
**Commissions already earned are not recalculated.** A change takes effect only on orders placed after it comes into force.
Continuing to take part after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance. An ambassador who does not accept a change may leave the programme.
13. Personal data
Joining the programme involves processing described in the privacy policy: position in the network, volume, commissions and sponsorship link.
**Your name is visible to your upline.** An ambassador sees, in their genealogy, the display name of the people placed below them and their activity for the month. Your username and picture appear there only if your profile is public.
The date and version of these terms accepted when joining are retained, so that what was accepted and when can be established.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction.
This clause does not deprive a consumer of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, nor of their right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
It yields to the rules of the monthly draw in respect of that draw.
15. This text has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer
It describes exactly what the system does: every threshold, rate and cap cited corresponds to a rule verified in the database and covered by automated tests.
It has not, however, been legally validated. Two points in particular await advice: the number of personal customers required to open team commissions, and how this programme sits alongside the monthly draw.
This notice will be removed once that review has taken place.
