What you are buying

Until the evening of 24 December 2026, YLC sells one product only: the Founder Pack, IMPACT edition. These terms govern buying it, your YLC account and what the Pack opens. They are offered by YLC NETWORK FZC, a free zone company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates; commercial licence no. 300641, issued by the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority); the legal notice says more.

The Pack contains: your team of 8 AI employees, from 25 December 2026; 100 AI credits, paid into your YLC account on 25 December 2026; the founding member status and its benefits, with your founding member card; your Ambassador page; your Guest Pass; and the founder benefits of the future YLC Campus, described below. In Europe, your founder box — your founding member card and 12 IMPACT shots of 100 ml — is delivered to you, delivery included. With your AI team, the Pack opens Agency mode and the apps of the YLC suite, which run on AI credits. New apps added to the YLC suite are included in the Founder Pack; they run on credits.

The Pack is not a subscription: there is nothing to renew or to cancel. It is not an investment: it gives no share, no return and no income.

Price and payment

97 € excl. VAT, the same price for everyone, paid once or in 3 payments of 32.33 € excl. VAT, one every 30 days. Delivery of the founder box is included; it ships in Europe only. No price is crossed out: this is the price. The Pack is on sale until the evening of 24 December 2026 (23:59, Paris time).

Payment is made with Whop, which sells you the Pack as merchant of record and adds your country's VAT at checkout, on its own page, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Card data never reaches us.

Paid in 3 instalments: if one is not paid, the Pack's access is paused until it is.

Your order and your account

You pay before having an account: your YLC account is created with the email address given at payment, or attached to the account that already exists at that address. The order email gives you a single-use sign-in link, valid for 72 hours; after that, you sign in with this address and a six-digit code sent by email. There is no password: keeping access to that mailbox is what keeps the account yours.

One account per person. The IMPACT box contains a food supplement for adults over 18 only: by ordering the Pack, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

What is open now, and on 25 December

From your order: your dashboard, your founding member benefits, your Ambassador page, and, in Europe, the shipping of your box.

On 25 December 2026 at 00:00, Paris time: your 8 AI employees open, and with them everything that uses AI credits — the apps of the suite, the Studio, the AI connector. Until then they are closed for every buyer of the Pack, and a countdown in your account says when they arrive.

Your AI credits

The Pack's 100 AI credits are paid into your YLC account automatically, all at once, on 25 December 2026 at 00:00, Paris time: there is nothing to activate. If you pay in 3 instalments, they are paid in as soon as the first instalment is paid; if an instalment is overdue on that date, they are paid in once it is paid.

These AI credits have no expiry date.

The Pack gives no other credits, and there are no monthly credits. AI credits form a single reserve shared by all the apps of the suite, and the price in credits of a task is shown before it starts.

The founder box

In Europe, your founder box holds your founding member card and 12 IMPACT shots of 100 ml, to “switch on” your AI team. It is a ritual only: you never have to drink them, and nothing in YLC depends on them. IMPACT is a food supplement: B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6), 60 mg of caffeine from green coffee, 250 mg of L-tyrosine, 70 mg of L-theanine and 60 mg of ginkgo biloba extract, in apple and lemon juices, tropical flavour; it contains a sweetener (sucralose).

One bottle a day at most; do not exceed this daily dose. High caffeine content: not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you take an anticoagulant or antiplatelet medicine, ask your doctor first. For adults over 18 only. Keep out of reach of young children. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Europe here means the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Monaco, Andorra, San Marino and the Vatican; the United Kingdom is not included. The Pack is sold only for delivery in Europe. The box is shipped from Strasbourg (France) after your order, to the delivery address you give us; its delivery is included in the price.

Your founding member benefits

The Pack makes you a founding member, for as long as it lasts. A founding member can join the private group of founding members on Whop, vote there on the next apps of the suite, take part in a monthly call with the founder of YLC, and buy credit top-ups 20% cheaper during the first 12 months of their Pack. The group is joined through a link YLC gives you; you leave it, or are removed from it, when your Pack is refunded or ends.

Being a founding member is a status, not a share: it gives no stake in YLC NETWORK FZC, no income and no right over how the company is run. Votes guide YLC's choices; they do not bind it.

Your Guest Pass, a founder's gift

Your Guest Pass: hotel rates negotiated for founders, up to −50% depending on the hotel and the dates, anywhere in the world, 2 nights at most per founder.

Example: 2 nights in a 5★ hotel in Italy at €250 a night, so €500. At −50%, you save €250, more than the price of your Pack. Indicative example: rates and discounts vary with the hotel, the dates and availability.

Request it in your YLC account (“Request my Guest Pass”); YLC sends it to you by email or in the chat. It is a founder's gift obtained from a partner of YLC. Guest Pass sent on request; the partner's offer may change.

The YLC Campus: a project

YLC is preparing a Campus for entrepreneurs in Romania. It is a project: neither its exact place nor its date is set, and nothing about it is guaranteed. It is not an investment: the Pack gives no right in the Campus, no share and no income.

If the Campus opens, a founding member will have priority access, 50% off their first 7 nights, and their name on the Founders' Wall if they wish.

Cancellation and refund

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal: 14 days after you receive your box. After that period, the Pack is not refunded. To withdraw, write to support@ylcnetwork.com.

Box unopened and sent back within that period: you are refunded in full. You send it back to the address the team gives you in the chat; the cost of sending it back is yours. Box opened or started (an opened shot cannot be taken back): you are refunded what you paid, minus 5 € excl. VAT per opened shot; the unopened shots you send back are refunded.

A Pack refunded before 25 December 2026 never receives its AI credits. A Pack refunded from 25 December 2026 has its AI credits taken back from your balance, up to what is left of it. A refunded Pack ends, with its access and its founding member status. For the IMPACT edition, this fourteen-day period is counted as above; it takes away none of the rights the law of your country gives you.

Ambassador program

Every YLC account can become an Ambassador and recommend the Pack with its Ambassador link. The program runs on Whop: you need a Whop account, you accept Whop's terms for this program, and Whop pays you a fixed amount for each Pack ordered through your link: 34 € per Pack paid once, or 12 € per instalment paid in 3 instalments (35% of the Pack's price excl. VAT, rounded; never on delivery or VAT). There is one level only.

No income is guaranteed, and none may be promised. The full rules are in the Ambassador Program Terms (account.ylcnetwork.com/en/ambassador-terms), which form part of these terms.

What you do with YLC

What your AI team makes for you from 25 December 2026 is yours. You remain responsible for what you ask it to make and publish. What an AI writes can be wrong: read it before publishing it.

Suspension and ending

An account can be suspended for creating multiple accounts or for abuse. A suspended account is told so, and given the reason.

You can delete your YLC account yourself, from Settings → Delete my account; the privacy policy says exactly what is deleted.

Changes

These terms describe the pre-launch, until 25 December 2026. At the opening, they will be completed by the terms that govern the use of your AI team and of the apps. Substantial changes are announced in your account before they take effect.

Governing language

This document exists in several languages. The English version governs: it is the language it was drafted in. The other versions are courtesy translations; in case of divergence, the English version applies.

This clause does not deprive anybody of the mandatory provisions of their national consumer law, nor of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
