Ambassador Program Terms

The program

The YLC Ambassador Program lets you recommend the Founder Pack, IMPACT edition — the only product sold until the evening of 24 December 2026 — with your Ambassador link, and receive a commission on what is paid. It is offered by YLC NETWORK FZC and run on Whop. These terms complete the YLC terms; in case of conflict about the program, these terms apply.

Every YLC account may join. You need a Whop account, which you link from your YLC account (“Continue with Whop”): your link appears in your account right after. You accept Whop's own terms for this program.

Commissions

A fixed amount for each Pack ordered through your link: 34 € for a Pack paid once (97 € excl. VAT) — 35% of the Pack's price excl. VAT, rounded. Paid in 3 instalments, you receive 12 € on each instalment actually paid; an instalment that is not paid earns nothing. The taxes collected by Whop never count.

There is one level only: you earn on the people you bring, never on the people they bring.

A person who opens your link is attached to you for 30 days by a cookie, then for good once their account exists: the first Ambassador stays attached. A payment that is refunded earns nothing.

The figures shown in your YLC account are estimates. Whop's figures are the ones that count.

Payment

Whop calculates, holds and pays your commissions to your Whop balance, about 30 days after each payment, once a refund is no longer possible. You withdraw from Whop, under Whop's terms and fees. YLC does not pay commissions directly.

What is forbidden

No income is guaranteed, and none may be promised. You may not present the Pack as a way to earn money or as an investment, show earnings as typical, or present the YLC Campus as anything other than a project without a place or a date.

The IMPACT box contains a food supplement for adults over 18: you may not attribute any health effect to it, nor recommend the Pack to anyone under 18.

No spam: no unsolicited bulk messages, no messages to people who have not agreed to receive them where the law requires their consent, no automated posting in groups or comments.

No self-referral: you may not use your own link for your own order, for an account you control or for invented accounts, and you may not pay or reward anyone to order.

No advertising on the YLC brand: you may not buy ads on the words “YLC”, “YLC Network” or the names of the apps (or close spellings), nor create accounts, pages or domain names that could be mistaken for YLC's own. You may not present yourself as YLC, as its employee or as its official partner.

You must say that you are a YLC Ambassador and may earn a commission when you recommend the Pack, as the law of your country and the rules of each network require.

Your status and taxes

You act on your own account, as an independent person. Joining the program does not make you an employee, agent or representative of YLC NETWORK FZC, and does not give you any power to bind it.

Your commissions are your income: declaring them and paying the taxes and social contributions due in your country (including VAT, if it applies to you) is your responsibility.

Suspension and end

YLC may remove from the program, without notice, an Ambassador who breaks these rules or the YLC terms. Commissions obtained in breach of these rules are not due, and YLC may ask Whop not to pay them, within the limits of Whop's rules.

You may leave the program at any time. YLC may change or end the program; substantial changes and the end of the program are announced in your YLC account or by email before they take effect. Commissions on payments made before the end remain governed by Whop's rules.

What an Ambassador sees about the people who ordered through their link — and what those people can choose not to share — is described in the privacy policy.
